Micha Herbertson

Prior to her admission to legal practice, Micha developed extensive experience within the criminal justice system, working as a Court Clerk at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court and holding a variety of roles across several criminal defence firms. These positions provided her with a strong foundation in criminal procedure and valuable insight into judicial expectations and the practical operation of the courts.

Micha has also worked in community legal settings, including at the West Justice and Victoria Legal Aid, where she assisted clients experiencing vulnerability, disadvantage, and complex personal circumstances. This experience has reinforced her commitment to ensuring that individuals facing significant challenges receive compassionate and effective legal representation.
