Wyndham Law Courts (formerly Werribee Magistrates’ Court)

The Wyndham Law Courts officially opened to the public on 10 November 2025, replacing the former Werribee Magistrates’ Court. Matters Heard at Wyndham Law Courts

Criminal Matters:
The court hears all summary offences, some indictable offences, and conducts committal hearings.

Civil Matters:
The court handles civil disputes up to $100,000, including debts, claims for damages, and other monetary disputes or equitable relief.

Intervention Orders:
Two types of intervention orders are available: personal safety orders and family violence orders.

Bail Support (CISP):
Eligible accused persons on bail can receive support through the Court Integrated Services Program.

Traffic & Driving Offences:
Representation is available for all driving and traffic matters.
