Elise is a committed member of our administration team with a strong passion for criminal law and advocacy. She is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the job, ensuring that all clients are listened to and remain informed about the progress of their matters in a timely manner. Elise’s compassion and empathy for clients drive her commitment to making a difference in the criminal justice system.

Elise has worked at Marco Man & Associates since May 2023. Prior to that, she gained valuable experience as a duty lawyer assistant at Victoria Legal Aid (VLA). She completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Victoria University in 2024 and is currently undertaking her Practical Legal Training at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law, which she will complete in 2025. Elise is set to be admitted to practice later this year.

Working closely with Marco, Elise has been mentored in the skills of advocacy and preparation, enhancing her ability to support clients effectively. 

She is known for her thorough approach and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for those she supports, handling a broad range of cases with diligence and care.

Elise’s dedication to her role is evident in her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to manage client cases effectively. She is passionate, enthusiastic, and hard-working, qualities that are recognised and appreciated by her colleagues. Elise’s organisational skills and reliability make her a trusted member of the team.

In addition to her professional work, Elise has volunteered as a legal assistant with the Salvation Army, providing support to homeless individuals facing legal challenges. Her commitment to social justice and community service further underscores her dedication to making a positive impact in the criminal justice system.
