Daniel Stary
Law Clerk
Daniel is currently a law student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at Monash University. As he embarks on his second year of study in 2025, Daniel is eager to deepen his understanding of the legal system and gain hands-on experience in the legal discipline.
Daniel has been part of the administration team since late 2023, assisting lawyers with case preparation, research, and client communication. His passion for the law and desire to help others drive his commitment to his role within the team.
Daniel’s academic journey has included participation in Monash’s Global Immersion Guarantee program in Samoa, leading to him being a recipient of the New Colombo Plan Grant. This opportunity provided him with invaluable experience working with different cultures and educational disciplines, broadening his perspective and enhancing his skills.
During his time at the office, Daniel has been mentored by the lawyers at Marco Man & Associates, where he has gained insights into advocacy and effective file management.
With a keen interest in all areas of law, including criminal law, Daniel is enthusiastic about furthering his understanding of the legal system through both his studies and practical experiences.
